It gives us great pleasure to invite you to the next TBA Dinner in Camera on Thursday 12 May 2011. The event will take place at 7 pm in the Dining Hall. We are delighted to welcome Mr. Declan Collier, CEO of the Dublin Airport Authority, Mr. Eugene Downes, Chief Executive of Culture Ireland and Mr. Stuart McLaughlin, Chief Executive of Business to Arts as speakers on the night. we hope that you will join us for what promises to be a memorable event.

Speaker Profiles
Mr. Declan Collier
Mr. Declan Collier, BA Mod (Econ), MSc (Econ) serves as the Director of Dublin Airport Authority PLC (also known as Aer Rianta PLC) and has been the Chief Executive Officer since April 2005. In addition, Mr. Collier worked most of his professional career with ExxonMobil, joining Exxon’s Irish subsidiary company Esso Ireland Ltd in 1978. He subsequently served in various senior management positions in Ireland and the UK, including from 2000 to 2002 as Lead Country Manager and Chairman and from 2002 to 2005 as Alternative Fuels & District Heating Manager.
Mr. Collier serves as Chairman of the Board of Aer Rianta International CPT and Chairman of DAA Finance PLC. He has been Non-Executive Director of Allied Irish Banks PLC since January 22, 2009 and Director of AIB Group (UK) PLC since January 2009. He has also served as Director of The Governor and Company of The Bank of Ireland since December 2008.
Mr. Eugene Downes
Eugene Downes is Chief Executive of Culture Ireland, the national agency founded in 2005 to promote Irish arts and cultural relations worldwide. Previously he acted as a consultant advising Irish Government clients on international arts strategy and producing cultural events across Europe, Asia and South America for Presidential visits and trade missions. He has also worked in the Irish Foreign Service as Cultural Attaché in Russia, and as a music and opera broadcaster on RTE radio. Eugene has served on the Boards of leading cultural organisations including the Abbey Theatre, the Royal Irish Academy of Music and the Irish Cultural Centre in Paris.
Mr. Stuart McLaughlin
Since March 2007, Stuart has been the Chief Executive of Business to Arts, a non-profit organisation focused on developing creative partnerships between the business and arts communities. He has also worked as a Lecturer in MSc Management and Information Systems at Trinity College Dublin since September 2004. From 2003 to 2007, Stuart was a Business Development Director at Accenture, responsible for increasing Accenture’s profile in the market in Ireland. He was Head of Outsourcing at Capgemini from January 2001 to October 2002 and held several roles at Fujitsu, in areas including Operations Development, Service Delivery and Vendor Services Management. He also worked as a Commercial Director, involved in the development of a professional customer image for the largest field engineering forces in the UK.
