The speakers addressed a number of key questions:
• What improvements has the Act brought about?
• What issues have arisen in practice?
• What changes are planned in the coming months?
The speakers were Paul Egan, Partner and Chair, Corporate and Claire Lord, Partner and Head, Governance & Compliance, both of Mason Hayes & Curran.
